I started this a few days ago and finished today just in time for today's baby shower: Cute! Outer blue / black superwarm flannel with contrast inset and ears (fabric here ). Lined with 100% cotton interlock cowboy print from wazoodle . I won't bore you with all the sewing details (if you want that, read my pattern review ) as to why this project totally was so difficult. Let's just say: shell + lining + Ottobre's terse instructions = #$&#*!. It turned out cute enough: and definitely warm, sturdy, and all soft cotton on baby's skin. Multi-colored buttons , tummy panel, oval front closure. Last but not least - piglet tail! see the mundane life of a housewife.

Love it! I am too chicken to try Ottobre patterns. I have one magazine and just adore a couple outfits, but I need clearer directions and pictures to follow, when I read the ones in Ottobre I want to Wendy

I have one magazine and just adore a couple outfits, but I need clearer directions and pictures to follow, when I read the ones in Ottobre I want to OK, but if you ever want to try you can post the instructions and I (and others here) would be happy to help. The instructions are terse, but they often do things the same over and over so once you've made a few outfits you kind of get the gist. Not that this pattern wasn't a total pain! Anyway if you ever need help, post here or PM me. see the mundane life of a housewife.
