Ive been waiting to get to post, and Im finally activated! Yayyy!! Thanks Mary!

Im Amy, married to Kevin and we have 1 20 month old little girl named Emily.
He is currently deployed so I have taken up sewing. I do have a small business, in which I make a baby item, but just recently started to make toddler clothes. I love it! I finally understand patterns ( the easy ones!). Ill attach a couple pics of my recent accomplishments.

I look forward to chatting with you all!!

Welcome, Amy. I am sure you will enjoy it here and we will enjoy hearing from you. I am in north central BC Canada. We had a lot of advertizing regarding settling in Virginia Beach on our TV several years ago. I had never heard of the place but the ads sound good.

Your little girl is indeed a little angel.

Amy - what a precious little girl!! I love the bib you made, too. My DH was in the Navy for 10 years. Most of that was on the USS Nassau based in Virginia Beach (assigned out of Little Creek but did not "fit" there so piered at Norfolk) Most of that time was deployment - I do not miss those days. I am truly glad you took up a hobby. It makes time go sooo much faster. I kept going back to school to keep myself occupied. Welcome to this board - everyone here is extremely helpful and encouraging.
