new granddaughter's room. They've decided the baby's name will be Kendall Lane and have gone with a sort of African Safari/Jungle theme-very loose actually. Finished the valance Tuesday night and hung it last night. It looks great in the room and we were both (my dd and I) very pleased with it!

Thanks ladies, we are very pleased with it! Catherine, I found the fabric at the local Joann's. I have enough left over to make a crib quilt for her too so will be working on that too.

Ditto on the cute cute fabric!! We did jungle print too, but we did greens, yellows and blacks. Thought it was a bit stark for a little girl's room, but the walls are bright yellow, and there's a huge palm tree painted on the wall, blue sky ceiling with clouds and lots of butterflies and dragonflys and monkeys in the tree. Turned out really cute.
