I am looking for stick pins or hat pins. I can only find 6 in or 2.25 in. Way too long and way too short. I need 3 or 4 in pins. I have looked on line as well as craft stores and can't find them. If anyone knows where I can get them please tell me. I would appreciate it so much. |

I don't know where you can get pins or what you use them for. Have you thought of buying the 6" ones, cutting and then sharpening the ends?

How about an antique shop that deals in costume estate jewelry?

I used to have a bunch of those. I think I got them in a crafts store. (they had fake 'pearl' heads.) Try Michaels, Wally World, in the craft/beading dept. Hobby Lobby might have some and JoAnn's. (www.joann.com) Chrys

Nope, the ones with the pearl heads are corsage pins and they are too short. By the time I cut them off they won't be long enough. I am making hat pins but not the 6 in ones. I guess I could just cut them to size but that is such a pain when I will be making so many and have to do it on each one. Still if anyone knows where I can find the 3-4 in ones let me know. Thank you all! |
