To all my sewing friends...I am stealing a few of my last free minutes for the next two and a half weeks...I'm deep breathing and focusing on-task..

My DS wedding is in two weeks (we're hosting wedding at a friend's house)... all the sibs and families are coming (so happy), I still have to work two days a week, my Dad is in chemo (sharing those responsibilities with sister), still trying to get everything together from the renovation (but it is looking gooood), and, idiot that I am thought "oh, everything will be perfect, yes I can host the Garden Club the Tuesday after the wedding." What an idiot!!! I have 10 DGC under eight...how many fingerprints is that??/!!!

I have a two week calender with each task on a certain day, DH is leaving tonight for a fishing trip (good, out of the way for a little while)...but he is a good help and follows directions well when I am in my "dictator's mode." hehe...

Task for the day is to complete the yard...need to wack back...here in Southest La. everything looks like a jungle, especially since we had no freeze last year...

Okay, thanks for listening...hyperventilation is now subsiding...I am determined to enjoy...It is 10:00 a.m....too soon for the merlot, huh?? Okay, I'll wait for tonight...

Will probably be lurking for a while...Excited but a little nervous that everything comes together...Paula

P. S. You shuld see the awesome cushions that I made for two benches in the kitchen...put in 27 inch zippers )can you believe) and used antique looking like needlepoint material to blend with the antique french dining table and rush chairs that I bought....Okay, those of you in Europe...it is only a little over a 100 years...that is new furniture to you!!! in the U.S., that is antique!!!.)
