I got a logo digitized and I wanted to sew it. I saved it on my flash card in the correct format...but my machine wont read the card when I put it in. DO you have to format the machine for it to read it? Anyone know how to fix this? Sorry for all of the questions...Im new at this. TIA! Stef |

You format THE CARD before you try and use it in your machine. A digital camera will do this, as will YOUR MACHINE. You put the card in , blank (camera or machine) and push the set button. Then after the card is formatted THEN you can put designs on it ONLY IN FOLDER # 5, like I told you before. 100 designs go ONLY IN FOLDER # 5...do NOT USE THE OTHER FOLDERS. The 300 E will ONLY READ ON FOLDER # 5. (a formatted flashcard for the 300E and the 10000/10001 will read FAT32 in the corner of each design or folder.) .jef format ONLY. Chrys

You can use a flashcard UP TO 256mb....but ONLY USE FOLDER # 5...it doesn't matter how many folders are on your card. It will state that there are at least 12, but your 300 E will ONLY READ FOLDER # 5...
