You know we've been to some weddings lately. Just 2 pics in this collection. This is Bessie BrideZilla. Kaela and I made her today out of rice krispie treats. Very special--she really made an effort and put on a lovely veil for this special occasion. Harder to see: She's carrying a lollypop as a bouquet, has large lifesavers as scales down her back (good art, Kaela!), and has red toenails. You can see that it's the groom she has between her jaws. Bessie will be part of a welcome home effort. We're decorating the couple's house tonight, along with some friends, and they'll be returning from vacation tomorrow. Of course, it wouldn't be nearly as amusing if the real bride hadn't been just a delight. Well. OK, a different kind of funny. But Bessie here is not intended to represent the real bride, who really is gorgeous and kind to her new husband.

Now that I can relate to! I made a dragon once with chocolate drops for scales and we put a sparkler in it's mouth to breath fire - unfortunately the fire breathing dragon was too effective and melted its own face.

Too cute Andrea! You did a great job and I'm sure everyone will see the humor in it...I know I would.
