Man, am I tired!!! but we had incredible weather..low 80's and low humidity...just beautiful... Thanks to all of your advice...Plain white tablecloth, scrunched light yellow netting down the length of the tables and finished with a wire bow...small vase of spider mums.. Had all the siblings and family here for 3-4 days..the noise level with 10 kids under the age of 8 yrs old can be daunting..Only two "incidents" when I wanted to strangle somebody and the were both adults......lol... Had to clean the house for Tuesday night when 20 garden club ladies had a meeting here...(What WAS I thinking???) Have decided that I am now officially a hermit..will stay in my garden and sewing room...will buy online (after the credit cards are paid..hehe..) Poor bride and groom spent the night in the emergency room..she seems to have had a small kidney stone..took morphine to get rid of the pain..Okay, so off to a rough start..poor babies... Maybe now I can get started on Christmas projects...have to decide what I want to do.. Have a delightful fall, ya'll..looks like we will be getting some low 70's for a few days..can't wait... |

Congrats to you all.... (heat will make kidney stones worse...tell her to drink LOTS of orange juice...)(My husband has had kidney stones off and on for yrs...the orange juice keeps urine acidic so stones don't form as often.) I told you to keep duct tape and rope handy for the adults...  I'm glad you all had a good time and you didn't strangle anyone...(and it wasn't so hot you all melted...) Yay for cool weather !!!
