Hi everyone, I placed an order through designtofit.com for some dressmaking rulers a couple days ago. The payment went through via Paypal right away, but I haven't received any word from the company regarding shipping and they haven't yet answered my email. I'm realizing in hindsight that it would have been in my best interest to do some research beforehand, but the site looks legitimate. Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with designtofit.com? Customer service and/or delivery of products ordered. I tried the 1800 number listed on the website, but it goes to a slightly unintelligible answering machine, and I don't think the message is for the same company name. This has me a bit worried... I've ordered from Designtofit a number of times and have always received my merchandise in a timely manner, if not the confirmation emails. The last time I purchased a new tool kit and received the order two days before getting a confirmation email! It was about 5 days from the time I placed the order until I received it since I did not pay extra for faster shipping. Customer service is almost non-existant, but you will get your order. Just hold on to your receipts and confirmation page if you printed that in case you should have any problems. I hope this helps! Kate Katherine McCrea
