I bought my Brother 60000t last year. I really like this machine. I do regret that with a new baby I haven't had a chance to figure everything out and find out how everything works. What are your favorite parts of this machine? Least favorite etc. I did get a chance to make a duvet cover for Ds's down comforter. It sewed really nice and didn't get stuck on the thick parts. My other machine did and it was a pain along with a list of other things. That was why I got a new one.

I purchased the 6000B at the end of last year. Except for different accessories, they are basically the same machine. I bought mine as a "tote to and fro" machine and I am very pleased with it. I have only completed one project using it, and that was a pair of mediumweight denim pants and the machine handled them very well. I hope to use it for piecing quilt tops because it is light enough to take to my mom's house. Having sewn only on Singer machines in the past, it is taking awhile to get used to the pressure feet as they seem so big.

Yes, I forgot ot mention that this machine is very light. I love that because I sew in different places. It is easy to carry around.

Several of the ladies in my ASG chapter bought this machine for classes. The decorative stitches and buttonholes are great according to one owner. She used the greek key design in both the small and large sizes to accent a dress she made for her trip to Brazil and Argentina. She said that it has been one of her best purchases. Happy Stitching!

I also heard that the decorative stiches are great. I haven't had a chance to find out yet. But I have a new DD so maybe that will tempt me to sew a dress for her or something.
