Hi Everyone, Does anyone know how to make a headband just like this one? click on the link.

Do you put elastic and case it on the back or how is all this done? Thanks.

It looks to me like the top is probably interfaced with something stiff, maybe even buckram. The bottom is attached to the top. My guess would be that they make a casing and add the elastic. I would attach the elastic to the headband and then tack the casing to the headband.

I think you might be able to attach the front side of the elasic in the casing and enclose it (at each end) but you'd just have to play to see if that would work or not. You'd have to enclose the back of the casing by hand but you'd have a smoother finish.
