Hi all, I am hoping that someone can help me out. My wife just purchased a Kenmore Elite Ergo 3 19010. We just got the Machine with no accessories at all (no foot control, Embriodery Hoop, etc..). It appears that we can buy some of these items from Sears, however, I want to make sure we buy the right stuff. Can some one help us out with part numbers? More specifically, things like the foot control, Embriodery Hoop, Quilter Bar, Quilter, and DVD. If we can buy some of these items (like the Embriodery Hoop) from another source (other than Sears) that would be very helpful information as well. We also don't have the Manual. Does anyone know if we can download it online (like a PDF file)?

Thanks for any help.

Almost any local sewing machine dealer should be abe to help you with all those items. Even if you can find anyone at Sears that knows what your talking about you would have to order the parts. They don't stock them. Also by dealing with a dealer you might be abe to get some help when you need it. If you buy the items online you might not be able to get local help.
Have fun or don't do it, Tom

I certainly hope you didn't pay an arm and a leg. I can't believe that a machine was sold without a foot control!
I am not familiar with that machine, but depending on the age of the machine, Kenmores are have been made by Janome and I believe in the past by Singer. Contact with either of these dealers should point you in the right direction, tho the machines will not have the same name and numbers. Good luck tracking down the parts. Tom gives very good advice and you can trust his suggestions.
