Have you e-mailed the seller and asked her? Often times people use comercial patterns and sell on ebay(even though it is illegal) or they see a pattern that they like in the store and then go home and draft out a similar one themselves. She may tell you to kiss off or she may tell you what pattern gave her the inspiration to create this beautiful outfit. It can't hurt to ask.

How cute!
Here are some ideas where you can look for patterns.

I have a pattern that I love that makes the best peasant top.
New Look #6337

This is a wonderful site where you can get the pattern for the twirl skirt and corset top. Oh they also have the peasant top too.
