Has anyone tried the grommet kits for draperies? They look pretty good, but I'm a little scared to try - don't want to ruin my hard work!! Thanks, Kopcat |

I have a client that is interested in doing a wall of "grommetted" drapes in her bedroom. I found a site last night that will rent a grommet machine for $50 but you have to put a deposit on your credit card for the price of the machine. In this case the machine for the 1.25" setting machine is $340. You can keep the machine as long as you need and then return it and all but $50 will be returned to your Credit Card. I am definitely interested in the process of using grommets in draperies. Hopefully, someone with some experience can help. Thanks so much |

i may be late with this info but i found large grommets online at a place that sold things for boats. good ones that would fit 3 inch rods. you might try searching for those size grommets if you havne' found them yet.
