My Inbox has been full for some time. Today I went in to weed it out and I saw you can download your PMs (look toward the bottom of your list of message)! So I downloaded a CSV (which is a simple database that can be read in Excel etc - it's not pretty, but has all the pertinent information) and deleted my Inbox and Sent boxes so they are all freed up! Then I emailed my PMs to myself so I will always have them for reference, but they are no longer taking up space on S-W-N. For someone who's been here long enough it's a good way to keep your mailboxes free! I don't know if this was the right place to post; Mary, feel free to move the topic elsewhere. see the mundane life of a housewife.
