I bought some Pink Camo flannel to make something fun for my 8 year old. But I need suggestions as what o do. I don't want to make PJ's or blankies out of it.

How about a blouse. You do live up where a good flannel shirt is appreciated. Right?

When I first saw your title I thought, "PJ bottoms" I love them. It has gotten chilly here so I have been trying to use up all the flannel in my stash. I can make a pj bottoms in 15 min. and that is counting the hemming..lol

My vote is on the flannel shirt! I grew up in Eastern mountains of Washington. I loved my flannel shirts. Im thinking....maybe with some pretty pink pearl snaps!..ya ya ya make the shirt!

When my girls were younger I made them flowered flannel shirts every year. They liked to work building things with dad & they could at least look like girls to start with. of course their favorites were the plaid flannels & blue jeans when they were with him. I am glad I let them they allturned out alright. I would go with the flannel shirt. If she is a girly girl you could even add some lace.

I remember a flannel jumper I had as a kid, I loved it because I loved wearing soft things I could rub with my hands!

The shirt sounds awesome. Girls here are wearing pink camo too, even for purses. What about a hat or maybe a pillow case. My first choice would be the shirt with the snaps.

I like the flannel shirt idea, you'd get a lot of wear out of it. I want to do a fleece vest for my GD with a flannel lining for the winter.
