Bren, You might want to check out your credit card statement real close. Check out this site http://www.infomercialscams.com/scams/gemagic_complaints I too have thought about buying one of those but I am glad I didn't after reading that site. Gina

I haven't seen nor used one. It looks like it might use studs and rhinestones with prongs on the bottom side instead of putting the stud/rhinestone into the prongs which are under the fabric? My experience with the Bedazzler set is that the prongs get caught in this and that and work loose and catch on things, eventully spilling the rhinestone. I wonder if the prong is through the fabric if they would scratch you if they worked loose? If you are looking for just adding rhinestones, I can't tell you how highly I recommend the tools for using the preset (hot glue) Swartzski (I know that isn't the spelling) crystals. They are amazing and I haven't lost any, compared with having to put Bedazzled jewels back on over the years. I don't have any real experience with this tool though and it might not be as big a problem as the Bedazzler. https://www.gemagictv.com/?cid=159432 pam

I have seen it in Walmart for 18.00, It was for the Gemagic with the mini magic and stones. I think I will be going with the bejeweler heat setter instead. I have seen them on Ebay and HSN. This makes my afraid to order off TV. |
