Holy hotness – I saw an ad for this movie called “Wedding Wars? On A&E I think. It stars John Stamos AND Eric Dane. I swear that I have not been this excited since the Johnny/Orlando pairing in Pirates… Will I watch just because they are hot? Yes, yes I will.

Well, I hope you like watching them hot for each other. According to the advertisements I've seen, they play gay men coming out and standing up for equal rights. It should be very interesting.

Wedding Wars....almost as much fun as watching a guy looking for Mr Right.
Not quite as much fun as watching Carson Cressley flirt with straight men on Queer Eye...

Wedding Wars will be terrible!

Now, put Ewan McGregor, Christian Bale, and Clive Owen together and you have yourself utter aborability and lots of fun! ^_^

I got really excited over Velvet Goldmine back in 1998. If only it had my Clive. My dream would've been complete!

Michael Praed? I actually don't know him but I looked him up on Google image and he's ok, but nothing like my Christian Bale!

As for Hugh, he's not bad, either, but watch The Prestige and tell me Bale doesn't capture your heart more.

sorry Dex...I'm old and forget that sometimes..
I like the long hair, rock star look...I'm not partial to
muscles, blondes or blue eyes. (unless the blue eyes are on someone with long dark rock star hair ) LMAO !!!

I actually like 'unusual' looking men...Charles Bronson, Vincent Price, Orlando Bloom, Hugo Weaving, Keanu Reeves, Ken Watanabe, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa...etc
(theres no accounting for taste I guess... )

christian bael and orlando bloom, oww oww! you all have good taste. i'm still really excited for the movie though, eric dane's character is actually not gay and john stamos plays a gay wedding planner but the movie isn't about finding "mr. right" and more about gay rights and equality, i think it will be wonderful to see a big time network tackle the issue

Yes, I have seen more commercials and I was mistaken. Stamos and Dane are brothers. Dane gets engaged to the governor's daughter and asks Stamos to plan the wedding. Then the governor "comes out" against gay unions. Stamos wants to know why he is good enough to plan a wedding, but not good enough to have one. If all the gays you know (hairstylists, florists, etc.) went on strike, as they do in the movie, what would we be left with????
I believe that if they want to be "married" or have a "civil union" or whatever they want to call it and be as miserable as the rest of us have been in some situations, then they should have it. The biggest reason is health insurance, pensions, etc. Many spend their entire adult lives together and have no rights. Many heterosexual couples choose not to marry. They have no rights under the law. If a homosexual couple desires to do so, I believe they should be allowed to do so.
