Check out what I made today! I took a table of Euro sizes and then added the diagram and my children's current measurements:

Thanks Blackie, what a great idea. I'm going to do the same for my grandkids ages 6 mos., 2 yrs. and 10 yrs. It would be nice to have things fit them on the first try! Jean
