“Seeing how I belong to several forums and have never introduced my self to any of them.” My name is LaMar; I live in South East Idaho. I’m a fifty-one year old Male. My passion in no specific order is, Vintage sewing machines, Vintage cameras, and old single shot firearms. I also like to do western reenacting. Which means traveling around to several ghost towns, and participating in several mountain man rendezvous. I have a small sewing machine collection consisting of. Singers; 99K in cabinet (3-26-1957 this is my favorite Singer) 15-75 (7-15-1957 second favorite) 15-91 (7-10-1947) 66-? Red Eye decals (9-5-1917 in good shape for it’s age. This is going in my treadle) 327k (it’s green) Vintage Japanese; Replica Singer 128 Hand Crank (says Morse 228 Deluxe with reverse) Western Auto Wizard (blue color made by Brother also a favorite) Dressmaker model 5700 in a Singer cabinet (white color it maybe made by Toyota) Dressmaker model 310B (made by Riccar a copy of the 315SU) Others; Necchi BU Mira with the Wonder Wheel attachment in cabinet (it’s green also) White Family Rotary in cabinet 1930?? You would think I also like to sew with all of these machines. I do. Thanks; LaMar |

Welcome MaLar I am glad you decided to introduce yourself. What eclectic interests you have! I am sure you will find more from the fine people here. I am curious about WHAT sort of sewing you do on all those machines? *~*~*~* Nancy*~*~*~* " I try to take one day at a time - but sometimes several days attack me at once."

Nancy I tried to upload a photo. But couldn't get it small enough. How in the world do you get an acceptable shot at 1 byte???? I have been sewing a suit from the late 1780's more or less for a dinner we have coming up. Wool pants and waist coat. And a Muslin shirt, and drawers. LaMar |
