I want to make some covers for my couch pillows. Basically pillowcases for them. I have dogs, and they like to lie on the pillows, but I want to protect them. I want to to use cotton fabric, but I need to put in a lining to for moisture protection. What fabric can I use as a lining that is machine washable?

PUL (Polyurethane Laminate). There are some places that will laminate your fabric for you. Not sure where as I have not ever had it done.
Another possibility buy those vinyl pillow cases or if that is too small use the matress cover and cut it down.
