Thats weird here everything sells within a week of going on the market. we want to sell ours to get something bigger but are worried about being homeless.

Hope all goes well with the sale.....It is hard to be relocated worrying about property elsewhere.

CONGRATS! I know what a weight off your mind this is! We just sold my husband's condo in NC that he bought several years before he and I were married. It closed on 02 Jan. It's been rented all this time with the exception of the 2 years before he went to Italy in 1999 and when we went up to NC in October to get it ready to sell, we were quite disappointed. The tenants that were in it certainly did not take care of it and we ended up having to replace the carpet, the dishwasher and have it painted-not to mention putting in new linoleum. It went on the market late Oct and sold relatively quick considering the market is slow so I am told. It was a big weight off of us (I called it the Albatross!)
Anyway, good luck with the inspection! I know it will be just fine and saying prayers that all goes well!
