Last night I was watching "If Walls Could Talk". Cool show on HGTV. During that show they advertised these two shows, Knitty Gritty and Uncommon Threads. Vaguely I know I've heard about them but wanted to set the DVR and of course I forgot. Suddenly this morning I remembered in time to catch the last 10 minutes of U.T. Seemed like a good show. This episode just showed how to make short "bar" or craft aprons. In the short 10 min. I saw I learned a tip on how to easily make gusseted pockets and to use wide twill tape instead of making apron ties. I will now go set my DVR to record these shows everyday and see if they're worth checking out. I already DVR Simply Quilts but since I'm not a quilter I was being very selective on which ones I'd watch. Okay, if you're interested. They're all on HGTV and here Simply Quilts comes on at 5:30 a.m., Knitty Gritty's on at 8 a.m. and Uncommon Threads at 8:30 a.m. Lennie |

I have watched Knitty Gritty before because I'm supposed to take knitting lessons soon. I hope it will make more sense to me after a few lessons. |
