:Canada: Hi, I sure hope someone can help me. I have the digitizer 10000 software and here is w hat's going wrong. I click on easy design, then open a graphic image which I think has to be a bmp file. Then after that I get lost. I need step by step instructions please.First of all how do you change a graphic image to a bmp format? Then how do I change the colors in the graphic image? I am trying to use pix's from my print shop disks. Thanks so much kew (alias buttons)

Buttons, the things you are asking are a little too complex to try to explain here. You really should go see your dealer for training. As for saving a graphics in bmp ... open the graphic in a program such as "paint" then "save as" a bmp.
Have fun or don't do it, Tom
