you can find a pattern to this at: www.youcanmakethis.com  I know that isn't the answer you wanted, but the seller is a dedicated person that also sales her pattern ;D

Perhaps this will help: http://www.quite-contrary.org/petticoat.htm It does not have a picture, but I am sure you could modify the petticoat.. Definitely worth a bookmark for the first link - especially when you go a bit further into the site. I have no plans for any of it at the moment but I'm sure that one day (especially with a daughter) - I'll be using something from it. Some great costume info.

Those are square dance skirts.. Look under costumes in the pattern book.
