Funny, it worked for me. Oh well, as long as someone can see it. I am beginning to wonder about myself.:whacky:

I think it may be because you didn't put a space between the link and the 'smily'. Of course, I could be wrong...wouldn't be the first time!

The first link had a slash instead of a . -- this should be the website:

http://www.burdastyle.com/

I think?

Sherri's link took me to the site. Your smiley Mary was too close to the link for my computer and it wouldn't recognize the URL together with the smiley.

In case anybody didn't realize, up in the left hand corner you can click on En and get the information in English.

But back to your question, Mary. I've used the site before to decide if I want to buy the Burda WOF magazine for that month. It's nice to be able to enlarge the pictures and look at the diagrams. I think the last one I purchased was the one for October. This February one looks nice too even if white is really not my colour, even in the summer. I like the fit of Burda patterns in general but sometimes the instructions give me a headache.

Thats what happens when you have patterns translated from another language. I have that same problem with Ottobre.

I like the style website it is really cool. For an aging teenager like me.

now that is a site to wander through at leisure - thanks MAry. I have used Burda patterns - they can be a bit obscure but go together well.

I just realized that there is a www.burdamode.com and a www.burdastyle.com. Is this what you meant, Mary?

The first one has photos and diagrams of the latest patterns and the second one has how to's, tips, free patterns and reader's posts of their creations. I understand the 2nd one is fairly new and is based in New York rather than Germany.
