 Does anyone know how to make the 3 layered tulle twirl skirt like the one on YouCanMakeThis.Com? I don't want to break down and buy it if it is too difficult to make lol.

I don't know if this is it or not. The directions were posted on this website, and if you look, there are links to pictures. Check it out, and see if this is what you are looking for.
