Hello, my name is Hilde, I am 45, born and bred in Belgium, married to an American and we have 2 children, girl aged 10 and a boy of nearly 8.
I have been lurking on the board for quite a while now and thought it was time to come out of hiding.
I go to sewing classes twice a week from 6 to 9pm and I'm loving it but although I can ask anything I want at school, it's always nice to come here to read tips and solutions from all of you and generally get to know people.
Rgds,
Hilde

Welcome Hilde - it is amazing what you pick up from the group here without even realizing - I know that most of my improvement is due to the ladies here. I've learnt things I didn't even know I needed to know.

Lurking will probably help you learn almost as well but is not as much fun. In addition to their brains they're full of charm as well.
