Hi All,
Not sure if I am doing this right cannot work out how to introduce myself so used the reply option. Apologies if this is wrong not very computer minded. My name is Denise and I live on top of the Mendip hills Nr Cheddar Gorge, Somerset in the U.K. I made a really good friend by purchasing books from ebay from your great sewing mad country. She lives in Texas and I came over for a vist last year. You really are lucky as sewing is enjoyed and supported more in America. I sadly have nobody here who enjoys sewing so nobody to learn from. I have a Brother Innovis 4000 which is new to me having had a Designer 1 before. I sold that as moved and had to store things for a while, so just getting back into sewing again. Have njoyed this site for all the time I had no machine so thought now was the timeto join in. Would love to hear from anybody. Thank You, Denise.

Thats true these lucky girls in US and Canada don't have to travel quite so far as we do to get together. I'm in Australia and like your situation in UK there are not quite as many of us interested.

However if you're prepared to settle for sharing your interests online you've definitely come to the right place. This is a fabulously friendly and also informative place to have joined. Welcome.
