After two years of waiting to finish this it was finished today on Feb 29 2007. I started this wall hanging on October 10th of 2005.

There is detail that you can't see. From the triangles in there is a lot of hand stitching that was done. Even with the mistakes in this wall hanging I very much love it. :D

The artist name is Cicely Mary Barker. I have one of her small books. She did a very limited amount of print to fabric. I just thought that I would add that in.

Foxyshorty......really nice wallhanging. I've never seen the panels before and they are quite pretty.

I thought I recognised the style - I have never seen her stuff on fabric before - I thought she only did watercolours.

So nice. I've been a fan of CMB since I was a young child. I love that her work has become popular again so that her fairies are available to our children now in so many forms.
