Hi, I've recently got back into sewing and also do some machine embroidery. I'm married and live on the Wirral in the UK. We have 4 border collies which we do agility with. I hope to pick up some helpful tips and give some if possible I'm also a member of this UK based forum The Sewing Forum (http://www.thesewingforum.co.uk/index.php?referrerid=493) who have been very helpful. Hi and welcome Collies, Dog lover here too. Out of our three dogs the little one (40 lb shep mix) would be an excellent agility dog if she wasn't so timid. So fast and lives to run. That must be so much fun as a hobby. Good work out for everyone too! Hope to see you around. We have a great group. Lennie |

You guys are too funny! Libby, you are right! I've noticed the same thing-funny though, I've found myself spelling that way sometimes depending on the word-must be words I see often on this board! So not only do they spell funny but now they are corrupting us! LOL

Hello and Welcome! I like dogs, but am allergic to them, so I admire them from afar. I did have a dog for 12 years, and she was a trip! So I have a questions: The color you get from mixing black and white, is it grey or gray? I find that I interchange them! Theresa

My dictionary says grey is American and gray is English. My AP style book -- for newspaper writing -- is American but says "gray not grey." Dorothy |

That is educating Lyn, educating - not corrupting. Try teaching at a Canadian university where faculty are educated all over the world, most common in universities. There are actually fights about what is accepted in scholarly papers!! I usually think of gray as a proper name - eg. the Gray family and their children *~*~*~* Nancy*~*~*~* " I try to take one day at a time - but sometimes several days attack me at once."
