okay here are the pics of the feet and also the ad that I bought them from. They came with an adaptor (I suppose that is what everyone calls an ankle?) I am pretty sure that the curvy ones are the rolled hem feet because they are marke as 1/4, 5/8, 7/8. Is that correct?
On the foot that looks like the icing tip... it hs 15/16 marked on it?
Those are the only one with the markings. I don't think I was able to snap a pic of the adaptor.... Anythoughts?

The first 2 are binders. the other is an edgestitching foot- which you can also use for tucks.

you say the first two are binders weezy? Is that the same thing as a rolled hem? Can you point me to a website that has directions on how to use these types of feet? I am glad to know what I have is useful but now I need to know how to use it LOL Thanks so much for the quick response Weezy :D

I'm looking in an old sewing book. The flat one is supposed to keep the bias binding flat so you can sew both sides at once. The other rolls the binding. That's why the sizes are on it.
Binding is not the same as a rolled edge. You can roll an edge with any adjustable zigzag machine. or a serger.
You need to tighten the top tension and sew a zigzag just off the fabric. The tightened tension will force the fabric to roll. This only works on lightweight fabric like batiste and light broadcloth. If you want to roll chiffon, I'd use a serger.

Here's a link to those feet. The instructions are pretty good. This one shows the rolled binder. I didn't see the flat binder, but Babylock has something similar for their Evolve serger and Coverlock.

Hope this helps,

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! {{{{{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}} :D I have a serger, but I am afraid of trying the rolled hem with it lol :D I have only had it for two months so it still seems a little daunting at times. :D Thanks so much! :D

Just grab some scrap fabric and your manual and have at it! There are a lot of experts here to help!
I've used the machine technique for doll clothes.
