When you do Hong Kong seam finishes what do you do about sleeves --
Do you bind them if they are set in?
What if there are two parts -- and therefore two seams in the sleeves?
What if the fabric is a tiny bit bulky?

I apply the Hong Kong finish to the back, sides and front, not the sleeves. Sleeve seam allowances I serge. Just my way of doing things.

That would answer my questions and solve my problem.

Some people do the armholes, they will be visible but I don't. It all depends on how snug they are to begin with. The hem on the jacket should be done in the same fabric that the seam allowances are. Makes a nice finish.
