I am looking for a reasonable priced Embroidery Machine. Mind you that I am new and have no clue how to work one. We are on a budget and my husband refuses to let me pay over 1000 for one. A friend told me about a place that sells used ones. Any advice on this would be helpful. Thanks!! |

Make sure the "used ones" are from a reputable dealer. Then make sure it is current enough that you can still get accessories for it. Looking over past threads you will find a number of dos and don'ts. Make sure you buy somewhere you will get lessons and all the help you need. Don't make the costly mistake of thinking you can figure it out. There are too many things to learn.
Have fun or don't do it, Tom

Check out the Brother PE700 embroidery only machine. I have a dealer who deals with Janome and the Brother embroidery only machines and she says the Brother is far better from her standpoint...and it is less money.
