Vogue patterns are on sale at Fabricville for $5.00 until March 20/07 for Canadians. I picked up 5 yesterday. Full price would have been $148.00 instead of $25.00

Sorry to burst your bubble...but generally Fabricland and Fabricville sales are totally different. Even the fabrics that they carry are not always the same. But Fabricland takes the Fabricville card and vice versa. I just checked the Fabricland Central website and they are going to have a Members sale next week - 50% off anything that is not already on sale. But the Vogue patterns will be on sale for 5.99 from Mar. 26th to Apr. 1. You can check out the latest Fabricland newletter with the sales at their site. Hope this helps. http://www.fabricland.ca/main.html TTFN from

By doing the research between the two, I found out about the 50% off sale. I often visit both stores esp. for the quilting stuff. Fabricland usually applies the sales to the rotary cutters, mats and rulers but Fabricville generally doesn't apply the 50% to anything that is above a certain price. Also Fabricland carries more quilting stuff than the other one. So it's nice to know when each are having their sales....

Ah, you and friends are lucky! There is never any pattern sale in France... Vogue patterns usually cost 15 euros (euros, not dollars!) Thank goodness for the Internet...

Oh Isabelle that's pricey, I ended up getting 10 patterns for about $70 after tax, It is rather scary how much they would have cost otherwise ($ 250 before tax). If you buy via the internet do you get the 2 for 1 in Europe as well?

Sister companies but separately run. We share some resources and honor each other's membership cards. But not each other's membership promotions. So, if you have a Fabricland card, and you come to Fabricville, you'll get the FabricVILLE's Members' promotions, NOT Fabricland's. And vice versa. By the way, if any of you know of people looking for work in Montreal, I'm hiring! Hugs. Tammy |

Tammy, just curious as to what area the new Fabricville store is located. I'm going to be driving thru on Friday and might just stop by if it is close to my route? ( Oh no! I won't have a lot of room in the trunk to hide any fabric purchases. My family will be shaking their heads at me again! )

Just opposite of the giant Orange on Decarie. It's HUGE and GORGEOUS! If you do pop in, ask for me. I'd love to say HI! Hugs Tammy |
