Good afternoon.
I just found this wonderful site. I have been sewing for more years then some of you are old. LOL. I started sewing for my (2) children when they were infants, reason being, to save money. Would you believe I still have the baby layette patterns used for my son and he will be 50 years old in May. Price on pattern is .35 cents.
Sometimes I make myself a garment, but I now sew quilts. (I have 4 UFO's.) Hoping to find some good sewing tips and some good new friends.

Welcome from another in NH. I just found this forum not too long ago. Many people with good ideas here. Had fun at Keepsake's mini sale Sunday.

Welcome Qltnanny,

Saw you over on the Bingo forum. This is a terrific place in a large part because of the diversity with a common interest.

Love your neck of the woods. We drove through last spring. We lucked out with beautiful weather and enjoyed our trip from Boston to Quebec City and back to Boston very much. Different than the West coast and just as beautiful.

Hope to see you here often. Lennie :bg:

Hi Qltnanny, You will love it here. You can feel the love of family here. Glad you joined us. Wow you still have patterns from that long ago. That's wonderful.
I'm regressing back into my youth, I just have to figure out how I'm going to convience my body to come along with me.
