I absolutely hate it when I finish the side seam go to turn the whole thing right side out and find out that the shoulder is twisted. I do this almost ever time I sew a lined vest. I checked and double checked and thought I had it the right way. UUGH! Where is that &*%# seam ripper.

I know the feeling. Dorothy I know the feeling on lined vests,I always baste mine together, then do the turn thing to see if all is well ,then I can sew it up with no breath holding lol. |

I hate basting and leave it out of the process whenever possible. The vest turned out beautifully. Now if only I could find my camera.
