Browsing yesterday in the shops and found a fantastic new thing. Iron on Buttonholes. For anyone like myself who hates doing buttonholes these are a must have. Will be trying them out later today. Has anybody seen them there? US usually gets these things first but I haven't heard them mentioned. They're kind of like a fusible interfacing but with reinforcement and they're transparent so will match any fabric.

How disappointing. No bites at all. Oh well, April Fools if I nearly got you (I'm one day ahead). It's just after midday here so the joke needs to be over.

Did anybody even come close to being fooled?

It would - wouldn't it. And I don't think it's totally impossible which is why it seemed like a good idea.

You woke me up!! You should have waited a bit before telling us it was a joke. It was still last night here.
Great idea though -- you should make and market them.

Those iron on buttonholes sound great. Now if next April Fools Day they bring out iron on buttons I will be so happy. jessie s
