I have only started sewing. I sew belly bands for the dog rescue I help..

I use my mother's sewing machine and it was given to her by her mother and my mother gave it to me!

It is a Singer 15-88 that was converted to electricity and really works well.

I will read the forum and learn..

That's a nice looking machine, by the way! It must have been very well cared for. :up:

What are belly bands used for, and what do they look like? I've never heard of them. Feel free to start a new thread in another topic area, since this one is intended for introductions, and others who may find the topic of the dog belly bands of interest may not see it here.
