Give me some ideas on what in the world we can do for our granddaughter's 16th birthday in July. She lives with our son and she has next to no contact with her mother (a very long story) so I feel responsible for getting something together. We live in a small town so it's going to be a challenge. Of course she's expecting a car from her grandpa and I.

It may seem kind of corny but what about getting some friends together and do the Glamour Shot pictures? That's the place where they'll do their hair and makeup - maybe have a
photo(s) of a group of girls together all done up?
Just a thought....................it'd be cheaper than a car! lol
