| Hello! I have had trouble logging on for the last month - finally got on! I have sewn off and on for years, mostly home dec and craft sewing. I am a stay at home mom now and sewing from the home for some extra bucks. Have been gradually taking on projects - I have another post up about what to charge for the project I'm currently working on - it is kind of a doozy/what have I gotten myself into?-type project!!! I'd also like to attempt some clothing. I think I will start small (literally) by making a few things for my baby and altering some RTW clothing I own. I have the worst time finding tops that fit me. I have petite shoulders + arms, but am fairly large busted AND short-waisted - awful combo! I'd love to be able to eventually sew a top that fits me WELL!! I don't have a whole lot of patience for patterns, though, so we'll see how it goes!! Great articles,info and discussions on this site! |
