Here is a great resource for anyone trying to add some exercise to their life who may have not been active for a while (ME!).
I started yesterday with day 1. I view it as mini-goals for each day rather than the over all big goal of working up to 60 minutes!
Just wanted to share the info in case someone else like me needs a little help to exercise!

|Interesting site. I like walking for exercise. I've been walking for over a year now, but I'm still not up to 60 minutes a day. I usually walk 30 minutes a day. Some days I walk 45 minutes.||
