I want to introduce myself. My name is Sharon and I am formerly from Ohio. I moved to Wisconsin in 2004 met and married my husband in 2005.

I like sewing, tatting, knitting, crocheting, training our Katrina Survivor Rottweiler named Deuce for my service dog.

I have a son from a previous marriage, a lovely daughter-in-law and two handsome Grandsons.

Hi Sharon and welcome. Do you mean your dog is an adoptee who became homeless after Katrina. Poor thing - but how lucky he is to have found a new home. Do you know his history?

The owners were liviing in a shleter and no dogs, cats or other animals were allowed.

Really sad for everyone. :angel:

Hi Sharon, and welcome to the group. That was some move, from Ohio to Wisconsin. Do you remember what the biggest adjustment was?

When I moved from Pennsylvania to "down south", the biggest adjustment was how slowly people spoke! I thought I was going to go nuts.
