Couple of different sites to check. I am not too sure what you mean by fleece though. I mainly use a plain wooden hanger, wrap some wadding around it. Then I put a tube of fabric ( about twice the width both ways) that I have already sewn over that. Then I hand gather the bottom of the material and tidy it all up. Then screw the metal hook back though all of the material.

Cheers, Soph.

I'm happiest when I am sewing!

Hancock has one (http://www.hancockfabrics.com/jump.jsp?itemID=374&itemType=CONTENT). I haven't tried it yet but it looks pretty easy.
