Since my sister is moving in Sept clear across the country, and since it's her birthday, I'd really like to get her something very special to remind her that we have become such close friends and sisters. But I'm really at a loss - any suggestions???

This may be too corny or sappy for you, but I made a small wall hanging depicting two teddy bears, with paws joined, holding a little heart. The caption was: Sisters, Joined at the Heart. I found it in a magazine...thought it was really cute, so I made one. Of course, mine is full of mistakes. It is a very simple little thing, but full of sentiment. :re:
Take care,

A calling card to keep in touch might give her a hint. Make her a nice bag or something and tuck in inside.
