Hello pookie! Welcome to Sew Whats New! The greatest sewing site on the WWW (my humble opinion of course). We have lots of fun here and always welcome new people with open arms. You should check out the Sewing for Children board (http://www.sew-whats-new.com/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=72). There are always beautiful pictures being posted and also a few wonderful ideas pop up there every so often.

Hi Pookie,

Where you find the time to sew I don't know. :re: ?

My dd grew up with a girl named Carrissa. Love the name and you don't hear it very often.

Welcome and we can help you out big time.

Hi Pookie and welcome. You'll definitely get lots of inspiration and help here in sewing for 3 girls.

Are you a Garfield fan? I ask because of your login name.

tks for the warm welcome everyone. I have to have a strict
time budget for myself..

HMM (BLUSH) well garfield...maybe tmi but my dh started calling my pookie about 6 and 1/2 years ago after see saw me in all my garfield underware, they had garfield holding his pookie and he made the analagy that I was his pookie and that is how the name came about...

so now my friends started calling me than and sometimes even my 2 year old.. :P I think everyone just got so used to hearing it, they forgot my real name.. so 6 and 1/2 years later I have become Pookie.
