I went back to WW again last week after I took off 4 weeks and gained 9 pounds in that 4 weeks. I lost 3.2 last week and another 2 pounds this week so I'm back on track. I know I have to stay focused and keep tracking or else I'll gain gain gain.
I'm regressing back into my youth, I just have to figure out how I'm going to convience my body to come along with me.

It definitely sounds like going to the meetings is working for you. Well done Susie. It sounds like you're doing points rather than core plan? Do you track on paper or online? I'm quite interested in a lot of the ways that you guys do things because about a year after they bring in changes there, we'll get them here. Pauline

Pauline, I like to track on line Pauline, But this week I'm not tracking just guessing what I eat most of the time but it's working. I'm not hungry at all now so I must be doing good doing it that way I'll just have to be careful what I eat. The core program gives me too much freedom and I tend to over eat. I don't pay attention to how I feel I just eat what is Core and I get in trouble. Laura, Thanks for the heads up. I have to stay on course or I'll be as big as a house and can't breathe again. I'm regressing back into my youth, I just have to figure out how I'm going to convience my body to come along with me.
