I'm looking for an easy skirt pattern with either a flare A Line or gore panels. I'm trying to make a sun dress and I have the top made but I can't quite get the concept of putting a flare skirt to the bodice. (can you tell I'm a beginner with clothing??) Does anyone have a pattern they could recommend? I'm making this for my daughter,24, and she's about a size 2 or 4. Thanks so much! |

Try Simplicity 4220. I've made the sundress (no ties) and am working on the tunic (no ties, no sleeves) and capri's. I love the cut of the sundress' bottom and there's a skirt pattern in the group that's the same. It's an easy yet flattering fit for anyone. Lennie
