want to start by saying thanks to everyone who took the time to help, I know it's hetic here sometimes for me to stop and reply long less read alot of post, so thank you very much.. with that being said, here are my pics of the skirt. I have been sewin all week and my back is feeling it. :)
okay carrissa is 9 and alexandria is 2

I also sewed ruffles onto jeans and apliqued a few shirts and added ruffles to them...

once I figured out what to do with the pieces, it was simple as pie. I was amazed. I did Carrissa's in like a few hours that is with starting and stoping of course, but I cut it and finished yesterday. I bought this pattern from colorful_accents seller on ebay and she is really nice.

I belive you could construct it with no problems, I saw you put thinks together really well. I have a problem with shorts and you did a great job with your skort. I am really just a novice.

Try it I think you will be pleased with the results...

Beautiful twirly skirts. I love how they hang even when the girls are standing still. The skirt looks great on your older daughter as I have only seen them on the smaller children. Too cute!:smile:

not the socks but I was thinking of addin a matching ruffle tot eh socks.
I did do the shirt on the little one and today I am doing carrissa teal shirt.
