Hey Jan-- I knitted this little bag and got it lined and put together in time to carry it to the theater this afternoon. I'm very proud of me. Off to the theater -- Agatha Christie. Boy I really like that purse. Was it hard to make? I'm not a knitter but I like to crochet. Tell me more. 
I'm regressing back into my youth, I just have to figure out how I'm going to convience my body to come along with me.

Susie -- I pretty much made the construction up myself -- based on a knitting pattern from a book. You certainly could crochet one. I'm going to make a larger one out of silk fabric one of these days. If you PM your e-mail or phone number I'll tell you how to do it. Dorothy |

Susie -- I'll get you directions early next week. I am always so busy working the last half of the week and we are going to my sister-in-law's home in Albany for the weekend. I'll try to write up something generic for fabric or crochet or whatever. Dorothy |

Thanks Dorothy. No hurry, I'm getting my room ready for my new machine and swapping rooms over so it will be some time before I can really get back to sewing again. Take your time. I appreciate it when you can get to it.
